When and how refunds are issued.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Editing and review services
If work has not started, you may cancel for a full refund. Partial refunds may apply once work is underway.
Integrity declines
If we decline a request for integrity reasons after payment, we issue a full refund.
